Warranty Support Assistant required in the Aldershot / Farnham area of Hampshire / Surrey.
We are working with an engineering company in the Farnham area seeking to recruit a Warranty Support Assistant to join their busy team.
Salary: circa 22k based on a 12-month fixed-term contract (40 hours per week)
Location: Aldershot / Farnham, Hampshire / Surrey
Job Role:
The Warranty Support Assistant will support the Warranty Team in the daily operations of the department. Responsibilities include communicating with suppliers and engineers to ensure claim details are accurate and complete, and supporting the Warranty Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and process claim requirements
2. Carry out credits for paid policy claims
3. Liaise with engineers to ensure timely information provision
4. Follow up on outstanding claims as applicable
5. Provide additional administrative support as needed
