We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify E-commerce Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online expertise to manage our multi-channel e-commerce finances. You'll handle sales reconciliation, expense tracking, and financial reporting across Shopify and other sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Integration & bank and credit card reconciliation Reconciliation
Manage Shopify integration with QuickBooks Online using A2X or native tools
Perform daily/weekly sales reconciliation between Shopify Payments and bank deposits
Categorize Shopify transaction fees, payment processing fees, and app costs
Track gift card sales, discounts, and promotions accurately
Multi-Channel E-commerce Bookkeeping
Handle multi-channel sales tracking across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
Track marketplace fees, referral fees, and fulfillment costs
Manage inventory accounting and COGS tracking in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable/receivable
Track advertising spend (Facebook/Google/TikTok Ads)
Required:
Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor or extensive QuickBooks Online experience
3+ years e-commerce bookkeeping experience
Proven Shopify integration experience (A2X, Webgility, etc.)
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, COGS tracking, and multi-channel reconciliation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy verification
Preferred:
Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or eBay
Knowledge of sales tax compliance for e-commerce
Familiarity with PayPal, Stripe, and payment gateways
