Job Description: Curtain Wall Fabricator
Location: West Bromwich
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
* Friday: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM
* Overtime: 1-2 hours per day available
* Saturdays: Required as needed
Pay Rate: £14-£15 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Curtain Wall Fabricator to join our team in West Bromwich. This is a temp-to-perm position offering competitive pay and the opportunity for overtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating curtain walls and be able to work efficiently within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate and assemble curtain wall systems according to specifications and blueprints.
* Operate machinery and tools required for the fabrication process.
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
* Assist with the installation of curtain wall systems as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Curtain Wall Fabricator or similar role.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
