Company Overview: Event Perfekt Global Ltd is a multi‑disciplinary organisation operating across: international trade cross‑border payment infrastructure government‑linked programme support premium business events global business networks Under the Event Perfekt umbrella, we manage platforms such as Twin Trade Global and TwinPaay, supporting businesses, chambers, NGOs and partners across multiple markets. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organised intern to support executive administration, social media, event coordination and general business operations. Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, proactive and detail‑oriented intern to support the founder across daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience in: executive assistance admin and organisation social media management event management government filings and compliance support business operations You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Executive & Admin Support Manage inbox and draft professional emails Organise calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate calls Maintain digital files, folders and business documents Assist with basic government filings (Companies House, HMRC forms, etc.) Prepare letters, forms and administrative documents Social Media & Marketing Create and schedule posts across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) Assist with simple graphics using Canva Support sign‑up campaigns and outreach Maintain consistent online presence for Event Perfekt, Twin Trade and TwinPaay Event Support Assist with planning and coordination of business events Manage RSVPs, communication and attendee lists Support logistics, follow‑ups and event documentation Help with event promotion on social media General Operations Conduct research tasks Update spreadsheets and internal trackers Support day‑to‑day business needs Assist with tasks across all Event Perfekt Global projects Requirements: Strong written and spoken English Highly organised and reliable Good communication and admin skills Comfortable with email, scheduling and documentation Able to create simple social media content Proactive, professional and eager to learn Interest in business, events, admin or marketing What You Will Gain: Real experience supporting a founder and senior leadership Exposure to business operations, admin and compliance Experience in social media and event management Training, mentorship and hands‑on responsibility A strong CV and portfolio of work Insight into fintech, trade and global business ecosystems Hours: Flexible — 10 to 15 hours per week Remote role Compensation: Unpaid internship (experience‑based), with potential for paid progression as the business grows.
