We are seeking a lawyer to join our esteemed Web3 team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, knowledge of the Swiss and European regulatory frameworks, and relevant experience in financial market laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Management of day-to-day operations vis-Ă -vis clients and team members;
* Strategic legal consulting for crypto-related entrepreneurial initiatives;
* Legal opinions on the qualification of digital tokens;
* Drafting requests for FINMA no-action letters;
* Managing licensing procedures with SROs or FINMA;
Requirements
* Master of Laws, Doctorate of Jurisprudence or equivalent academic degree;
* 5+ years of professional experience in related fields;
* Good knowledge of the innovative technology space, specifically blockchain.
* Strong English language proficiency and other languages are a plus.
