People Partner - Commercial and Head Office Functions

Alongside our 2nd site in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering amount of pints every year.

The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you’ll have a fast-paced, action-packed Generalist role? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything, from supporting Senior Leaders with organisational change, leading Organisation wide people projects all the way through to the managing the day-to-day ER Cases and all the bits in between too.
With your commercial mindset and natural gravitas, you’ll partner closely with a number of SLT members and their management teams to guide them through transformation while keeping business as usual HR initiatives running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
People Partner Responsibilities
* SLT, Manager and Employee Support – Act as a point of contact for HR queries, covering areas such as performance management, grievances, sickness, and absence management, etc.
* Employee Relations – Lead ER cases, particularly those unique to the manufacturing environment, with professionalism and care.
* Benchmarking and Insights – Support benchmarking activities to inform decision‑making and enhance HR practices.
* Manager Capability Building – Design and deliver engaging workshops to upskill managers and strengthen their knowledge across the business.
* Compliance - Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to compliance and principles such as GDPR, among others.
* DEI and Belonging Advocacy – Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the whole organisation.
* HR Project Support – Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and strategic initiatives that drive business impact.
Functional Responsibilities
* Compensation and Benefits
o Lead the organisations approach to Compensation and Benefits.
o Lead the annual benefit renewal process with an external broker.
o Lead the annual compensation review process.
o Manage the organisations approach to Job Grading and salary benchmarking.
o Lead our Length of Service Awards and launch our Behaviour Awards scheme.
* Engagement and Employee Wellbeing
o Working with our Engagement partner Gallup you will Lead the annual engagement survey and action planning.
o You will promote employee wellbeing initiatives across the business working closely with our marketing teams to collaborate on our efforts with CALM and where appropriate mirror our external campaigns internally.
What You’ll Bring To Us
* Previous experience operating at Senior People Advisor / People Partner level where you’ve provided HR Generalist support to a manufacturing business from employee all the way up to Senior Leadership Team.
* Previous experience leading ER in a manufacturing company would be a huge advantage.
* Evidence of using initiative and instigating change.
* Proficiency in HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
