Our client is looking to recruit for an experienced candidate that can join their accounts team and assist with the below core duties:
* Volume purchase invoice processing
* Suppler statement reconciliation
* Collate weekly banking and deposit at bank in line with company procedures
* Process payment runs
* Reconcile the purchase ledgers to the nominal ledgers monthly
* Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger balances monthly
* Record CIS deductions and updating supplier record
* Responsible for Monitoring Finance mailbox for supplier queries
* Other finance duties as required
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that already have minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience and are looking to expand on their skill set within a dynamic organisation, candidates must have relevant experience within a similar position and be comfortable communicating with senior management. Our client is looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with a flexible and can-do work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
