Job Description Site support Full time Washington (Part time) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our team in Washington as Site Support, assisting the campus leadership team in the running of the facilities. This role is Part-Time, we are open to discussing flexible start and finish times, or compressed hours. We'd be happy to discuss your requirements and explore what’s possible for the role. Responsibilities: In this role you will arrange and support events site visits, as well as: Manage and organise site facilities. Manage departmental and stationery budget. Filing and mail collection and distribution. Maintain distribution lists and draft and circulate relevant communications. Ensure that primary managers have continuity of secretarial and administrative provision, including assisting in external and internal resourcing secretarial cover.
