We're Hiring: Content Designer Location: Southwark, London Day Rate: £228.20 We’re looking for a talented and experienced Content Designer to lead the way in transforming how our residents, businesses and visitors engage with our digital services. As part of our Digital and Technology team, you’ll manage and develop content across our public-facing website and internal intranet, ensuring everything we publish is clear, useful, and accessible. You'll be central to delivering digital-first experiences that align with our Customer Access and Technology Transformation Strategies. What you’ll do: * Lead and coordinate the digital content strategy across multiple websites * Manage the implementation of a new website, content and analytics platforms * Work across teams to ensure our digital offer is fit for purpose and user-focused * Use Google Analytics and BI tools to monitor performance, report insights and continuously improve * Collaborate with stakeholders to use data and research in shaping content and comms * Champion consistency in tone and style, and develop training (like ‘Writing for the Web’) to build internal capability * Plan and deliver content campaigns that drive engagement and reach * Run the website like a project – delivering on time, on budget, and to scope What we’re looking for: * A strong background in digital content design and strategy * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a large organisation * Confidence managing large digital projects with multiple stakeholders * Expertise in using data and analytics to inform content decisions * Excellent writing, editing and communication skills * Passion for user-centred design and digital accessibility
