Salary: £27,980.98 per annum + 15% Performance Bonus

Job Overview
This position is for a field sales representative at Acosta Europe partnering with Red Bull Grocery. You will own your territory, build relationships with in‑store decision makers, drive sales, and ensure top‑line brand visibility.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage your territory, driving sales as your own business
* Build relationships with key in‑store decision makers and influence range, availability, and promotional execution
* Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations
* Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
* Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit
* Accurately report activity and feed back market insight

Qualifications
* A natural influencer with commercial instincts
* Target‑driven, competitive, and resilient
* Confident communicating with all store staff and managers
* Organised, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Retail, FMCG, or field sales experience is a bonus, not a must. We care most about attitude, hunger, and drive.
