🖥️ Service Desk Engineer – 3rd Line (MSP Environment)
Location: Office-based with regular client site visits
Salary: Up to ÂŁ45,000 per annum

They are now looking for a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their Technical Operations team. This is a senior role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to support both technical strategy and team development.

1. Take ownership of escalated 3rd line support tickets across infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms
2. Lead the design and delivery of technical projects
3. Mentor and support junior engineers across the service desk
4. Provide expert on-site support to clients as needed
5. Participate in pre-sales meetings to offer technical input alongside account managers
