DKR IT CONSULTING is seeking a proactive, confident, and experienced Business Analyst with proven experience in leading small and large-scale industries.
Responsibilities
* Gathering and documenting business requirements by conducting stakeholder interviews, document analysis.
* Defining scope, objectives and business cases for projects/initiatives.
* Translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps and documentation for IT systems.
* Performing gap analysis between current and desired processes/systems.
* Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Creating process maps, data models, workflow diagrams and other documentation.
* Testing developed solutions to ensure requirements are met.
* SQL for data querying and manipulation.
* Google Sheet/Excel proficiency.
* Experience in designing and executing testing processes.
* Assisting with data analysis to identify risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies.
