* Asset strategy & investment plan
ning - long-term plans shaped by robust stock intelligence and lifecycle
* Data. Major works & retr
ofit - ensuring building safety, Homes Standard delivery, value for money, and strong governance
* Regeneration & ren
ewal - guiding decisions on retain/renew/dispose through NPV modelling and estate planning
* Data & innova
tion - stock condition programmes, digital tools, and smarter ways of working
* Homeownership & s
ales - driving ambitious shared ownership, market sales, and disposals targets
* Commercial & leasehold manage
ment - ensuring performance, compliance and customer service
* Sustainabi
lity - leading on energy performance, SAP modelling, retrofit funding (e.g. SHDF/ECO), and carbon reduction.
You'll also work closely with the Executive Team and Board, presenting insights, managing risks, and making sure we meet all regulatory and safety standards.

We're looking for a values-driven, commercially sharp leader who can combine strategic vision with delivery at pace. You'll bring:
* Senior leadership experience from a large housing provider (or similar complex, customer-focused setting
* A strong track record in asset strategy, regeneration, and investment delivery
* Experience of disposals and in-house sales, with sound commercial judgement
* Deep knowledge of NPV modelling, stock condition, capital programme planning, and continuous improvement
* Inclusive leadership style - championing ED&I, building high-performing teams, and making complex ideas easy to understand
* Professional membership (CIH/RICS/CIOB) desirable, or working towards; comfortable withtech and data.
