We are seeking a Night Area Manager who will be responsible for the night time cleaning operations across multiple 5-star properties in London.

Contracted Hours: 45 hours per week, Night shifts typically start at 11 PM and finish 9.30/10am
Annual Salary : £50,000

Key Responsibilities of the Night Area Manager:
Lead and manage night-time cleaning operations across multiple 5-star properties (front and back of house divisions), ensuring World-Class presentation and service.
Supervise, mentor and support a team of supervisors and operatives, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
Work closely with hotel management teams, maintaining strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits, ensuring standards are consistently met and identifying areas for improvement.
Manage staffing levels, cleaning schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment.
Act as a key point of contact for any operational issues, concerns, or last-minute adjustments, responding swiftly and effectively.
Skills required for the Night Area Manager:
Experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel, high-end facilities, or similar environment).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple sites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring World-Class standards are upheld at all times.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Valid UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
