My clientis looking for an experienced Parts Office Administrator to jointheir growing team.
To help deliver excellentcustomer service by providing support to the parts operation teamthrough various roles andresponsibilities.
Main Tasks:
-Achieve a high level of support to the sales team to ensure minimumdowntime for customer's vehicles
- Answering customertelephone enquiries, dealing with electronic enquiries and servingon the counter as necessary.
- Arrange the collection anddelivery of parts as required, for both customers and suppliersusing the most efficient method of dispatch.
- To raisecredit notes as per the customer returns process and invoice queryprocess.
- To source and raise orders for items such aspacking materials, stationery, and tools.
- Advise theParts Manager of any customer or operational problems orcomplaints.
- Assist with stock checks and the annualstock take.
- To work with the accounts staff to minimisedisruption due to blocked invoices.
- Obtain the relevantinformation from suppliers for new parts and begin the materialcreation process.
- Perform data entry roles, includingupdating records and databases.
- To assist the PartsManager with parts department projects and KPIs
- Tomaintain and manage the electronic and manual systems for bothImport and Export MSS
reporting.
- Carry outgeneral clerical office tasks, including post, printing,photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing etc.
- Toundertake other duties and responsibilities of a similar naturewhich reflect the level of those described above that may berequired by management.
