DUTIES Your duties as the Cloud Engineer include: Configure User Devices: Set up and enrol user endpoints in Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access Lead Data Migrations: Manage SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and operating system upgrades Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot Intune enrolment issues across multiple platforms including Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone Client Onboarding: Deliver seamless system migration support and onboarding for new users Collaborate With Teams: Work closely with colleagues through training and mentorship programmes Maintain Standards: Ensure best practice in device management and cloud configuration Onsite Visits: Build strong client relationships through regular onsite interactions Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Microsoft cloud solutions and certification pathways CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Technical Knowledge: Proven skills in Windows and Mac troubleshooting within professional IT environments Cloud Expertise: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune device management Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional client service and communication Qualifications: Working towards or holding Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop or Enterprise Administrator certification Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a desire for learning and progression Organisation: Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines BENEFITS Competitive starting salary?
