We're Hiring: FP&A Marketing Finance Business Partner
Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours, Mon‑Fri)

Join Müller UK & Ireland as our FP&A Marketing Finance Business Partner and play a key role in supporting financial planning across our Yogurt & Desserts business. As a trusted partner to Marketing, you'll provide insight, challenge, and commercial support to drive performance.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate and develop month‑end processes, including analysis and reporting
* Support and develop budget, forecast, and long‑term planning cycles
* Business partner Brand Teams, providing financial insight and challenge
* Manage brand P&Ls, forecasts, and marketing investment budgets
* Deliver reporting, analysis, and presentations to senior stakeholders
* Act as a key contact for ad‑hoc analysis and decision support
What you’ll bring
* Previous experience in financial planning and reporting
* Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)
* Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, structured approach
* Commercial finance experience in a business partnering role
* Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
* Experience in FMCG, SAP (CO-PA), or FP&A (desirable)
