Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paint Line Operator based in Bicester. We are looking to expand our 2nd shift to support with the increased capacity requirements now needed. The shift hours are 2.30pm-11.00pm. The Paint Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining paint line equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes on all products. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, conducting routine quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also involves following safety protocols, coordinating with team members, and adhering to production schedules.
