Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who is always five steps ahead — ready to take full ownership of both the CEO's business and personal affairs.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO, acting as gatekeeper for clients, staff, and external contacts. Key responsibilities include diary and inbox management, preparing documents, presentations, and reports, coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics, attending meetings, taking minutes, following up on actions, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an EA to a CEO or HNWI, be proactive, organised, and confident managing high demands, experienced working in a regulated environment such as law or financial services, and possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
