We are urgently hiring SEN teaching assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Surrey .
In this role, youll be supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and confident in their learning. Every day brings the chance to encourage progress- both academically and personally- in a structured and positive classroom environment.
What youll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assisting with personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs
Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence
Supporting positive behaviour in a calm and consistent way
Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Were looking for someone who:
Enjoys working closely with children and making a difference
Has experience supporting pupils with SEND
Builds strong, supportive relationships with ease
Is patient, reliable, and proactive in their approach
