Are you a Drama graduate or aspiring Drama Therapist who believes in the power of expression and movement?
This specialist school in Maidenhead supports pupils with autism, sensory differences, learning disabilities and a number of students who are non-verbal or have limited speech. The school is seeking Learning Support Assistants who are empathetic, patient and excited to communicate beyond words.

Your responsibilities
7. Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
8. Use drama-based strategies to promote communication and social interaction
9. Support emotional regulation and independence through creative activities
10. Follow individual learning and therapy plans with teachers and specialists
11. Help create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment
12. Assist with personal care if required (full training provided)
