Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a warm and welcoming care home setting? Cranwell Court, part of the HICA Group, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team. The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours: £15.32 per hour; 40 hours per week; Working to a rota covering 7 days per week.
Responsibilities
* As Deputy Manager, you\'ll work closely with our experienced Registered Manager to maintain high-quality services for our residents.
* Supervising and supporting staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
* Managing staffing levels and overseeing schedules to meet the needs of the home.
* Contributing to audits and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC requirements.
* Providing personal care and supernumerary support when needed.
About Cranwell Court
Cranwell Court is a modern care home featuring 58 beds, thoughtfully divided into a 17-bed enhanced dementia unit and a 41-bed residential development. Located on Cambridge Road in Grimsby and set within its own beautifully landscaped grounds, Cranwell Court offers a range of spacious, self-contained apartments equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities, giving residents the comfort of their own front door and private space.

About You
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
* Prior experience at Team Leader or Senior Support Worker level.
* A good understanding of medication handling.
* Competent IT skills.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is especially advantageous.
