The centre is modern, flexible, and able to cater for up to 40 people living with dementia each day (Mon-Fri when at capacity).
The dementia day service includes facilities that enhance enjoyment of life and provides services for people with dementia living in Kirklees.
The Role
We are seeking someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude. The role will mainly involve driving a council minibus across the borough of Kirklees to pick up and drop off our users. There may be occasions where the jobholder may also need to undertake basic maintenance of buildings and grounds. The working pattern is usually between 8am & 10am and 3pm & 5pm Monday to Friday. The service may consider flexibility around these hours which can be discussed with successful candidates at a later date.
