Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
* Providing accurate account support and maintaining precise records.
