Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Wolverhampton. The Sales Administrator will handle customer service, order processing, and sales support tasks. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining excellent communication among team members and clients.

* Process orders accurately and efficiently.

* Maintain clear and timely communication among team members and with clients.
Qualifications
* Customer service and communication skills
* Experience in order processing and sales
* Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software
* Proficiency with CRM systems
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Previous experience in the manufacturing or metals industry is a plus
* Relevant educational background is desirable
