Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

About the Role:
As a Risk & Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that professional standards and risk management are integrated across the legal services. Reporting to the Senior Risk & Compliance Officers, you'll have exposure to a variety of compliance and risk-related tasks, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing checks, results and providing guidance to the business on findings.
Monitoring and addressing queries logged in the compliance portal, offering advice as required.
Assisting with the management of the compliance monitoring programme by conducting compliance audits.
Supporting Senior Risk & Compliance Officers and the AML Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:
Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proactive and able to use their initiative when solving problems.
Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office packages.
Ideally a background in compliance however someone with strong administrative experience and graduates with a passion for compliance will be considered
