Overview

The Executive Headteacher will play a central role in driving continual improvement by inspiring and supporting their schools to be excellent learning environments. You will need to be passionate about supporting pupils to be the best that they can be and highly aspirational. You will lead your teams to provide all opportunities possible to enable vulnerable and complex pupils to gain qualifications and become successful adults. The role will report to the Director team and will be supported by a wider community of dedicated professionals whose practice is child centred.


Responsibilities

* Lead schools to create excellent learning environments and enable vulnerable and complex pupils to gain qualifications.
* Inspire and support staff to deliver improved pupil outcomes and lifelong learning.
* Collaborate with the central leadership team and professional networks to ensure child-centred practices.


Qualifications

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven record of good or outstanding teaching practice.
* Experience working with children with SEMH & SEND; understanding crisis management, managing behaviour that challenges, and supporting children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences.
* Ability and willingness to teach Maths and/or English to GCSE level, with additional experience in delivering vocational BTEC, Functional Skills or ELC courses.
* Experience designing and delivering creative and academically engaging curriculums; strong management skills and the ability to work with various professional networks.
* Drive to engage in all aspects of school life with the resilience to make a difference in pupils’ lives.
