Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000 Dependent on Experience + Benefits & Bonus

Purpose
The Production Manager will ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacture of all products for the customer whilst maintaining all manufacturing assets and related equipment. This site is predominantly an Extrusion Blow Moulding site with additional Stretch Blow Moulding machines.
Key Responsibilities: Production Manager
1. Oversee daily production to maximise efficiency, output, and profitability, supporting engineers and resolving process issues as needed.
2. Plan and manage production schedules, assigning duties, authorising overtime, and ensuring resources meet demand.
