With more than 20 years’ industry experience, VeriSmart operates through a network of franchised areas and trained property inspectors, producing clear, reliable reports designed to meet professional scrutiny. The business also uses bespoke online systems to simplify bookings, reporting and tenant communications.
We are looking for a professional and motivated full-time EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team.
This is a varied field-based role suited to someone organised, reliable, and confident working independently across residential properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:
* Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
* Inventory reports
* Check-out inspections
* Mid-term inspections
* Compliance visits and reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and impartial approach to reporting
* Ability to manage workload and appointments efficiently
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Previous experience in property inspections preferred but not essential
