Bangor University – Integrated Research and Impact Support (IRIS) – Doctoral Training Programme Officer (60% FTE).
Grade 6: £30,805 – £37,174 p.a. pro rata (Ref: BU03979).

Responsibilities
* Provide support across the Doctoral Academy remit with a core focus on the training needs of the Postgraduate Research (PGR) community.
* Coordinate and centrally administer all Doctoral Training Programmes in Bangor University.
* Offer dedicated support for the Celtic Crescent Creative Economy AHRC Doctoral Focal Award (DFA), a consortium of universities committed to innovative research into the role of bilingual and rural communities in the creative economy.
Qualifications
* Educated to AS/A level standard (or equivalent) or have equivalent experience.
* Previous experience working within an office or administrative environment, organising meetings and taking minutes, and undertaking a wide range of project administration, including financial support.
* Ability to communicate in Welsh is essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location and Working Arrangements
The role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, the option to spend time working remotely (while remaining in the UK) is available to support work‑life balance.
Working Hours and Employment
Part‑time (21.75 hours per week), permanent position. Applications will also be considered for part‑time or job share arrangements.
