Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, hours per week.

What this role is all about:
Supporting the Vitality Group business by providing high quality legal services, with a focus on Vitality’s partner markets outside of the UK (particularly EMEA). The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.
Key Actions
4. Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: strategic commercial arrangements (JVs, SPAs, partnership agreements); IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreements
5. Provide advice and support to all areas of Vitality’s global business
6. Undertake legal research as required
7. Reviewing and drafting a range of documentation, including terms and conditions, product documentation and marketing materials
8. Promoting and representing the Legal function across the organisation, ensuring strong working relationships between Legal and the whole of the Vitality business
What do you need to thrive?
9. Practising Solicitor or Barrister with minimum of 3 years’ PQE
10. Comfortable working to tight deadlines with loosely defined and changing internal briefs
