Full Details:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be immersed in the world of metal finishing. Your training will cover essential skills, including:
Performing high-standard paint spraying using a spray gun to meet company and customer specifications.
Preparing and masking components to ensure precision finishes within tight tolerances.
Maintaining tools and equipment in line with company standards.
Completing all relevant paperwork, including job cards and work instructions, requiring a good grasp of the English language and basic literacy skills. 📋
Experience & Skills Required:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Basic knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance (an advantage).
Ability to follow detailed instructions and company guidelines.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of professional drawings is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience in a related industry or completion of a relevant qualification will be highly valued.
Strong attention to detail and task accuracy.
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Basic maths skills.
Strong adherence to standard operating procedures and quality management frameworks. ✅
