As the Director of Nursing - Homecare, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
* Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
* Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care.

* Annual salary of up to £90,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing - Homecare position will have:
* NMC registration as a Nurse.

* Knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of maintaining at least a Good rating.
