Main duties include: Managing enquiries from parents and students. Booking lessons and maintaining schedules. Keeping records updated and organised. Assigning worksheets and learning resources that have already been prepared. Supporting communication by email, phone and WhatsApp. Posting ready-made content on social media platforms. Helping with general business admin tasks. The ideal person will be: Friendly, professional and confident when speaking to parents. Well organised with good attention to detail. Experienced in education, tutoring or teaching. Confident using computers, Google Drive, Microsoft Office and online platforms. Comfortable using social media such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Able to work independently and use initiative. This role would suit a teacher, teaching assistant, tutor or experienced administrator who enjoys working in an education setting.
