Job Overview:
They are a global leader in providing industrial process solutions across a range of sectors. They are looking for a Capital Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK markets. This role focuses on selling Capital Equipment, across commercial and industrial sectors (Mine & Minerals & Environmental Waste). The ideal candidate will be a hunter that can help meet the growth plans, proactive, and experienced in managing a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the waste management industry.
* Focus on selling waste and chemical solutions with a commercial and industrial target market.
* Work independently with full autonomy to manage workload and schedule.
* Build and maintain client relationships, with an initial 80/20 split between new business and account management.
* Maintain CRM records to track sales progress and customer interactions.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments for sales support and training.
* Participate in remote and on-the-road sales activities, with a flexible work schedule tailored to personal preference.
Qualification & Experience:
* Proven experience in capital sales, preferably in waste management Mine & Mineral or Environmental Waste(Any background selling Capital equipment with similar AOV & Sales Cycle.)
* Strong understanding of waste and recycling technologies.
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work on national-level sales, managing client relationships and business development
