About the Role As a Transformation Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects and business-led change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams to facilitate impactful change while embedding best practices in project management and governance. What You'll Do: Support the Strategy and Transformation Director in driving a successful transformation programme. Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams to deliver effective, high-quality business change solutions that meet objectives. Provide expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks. Prepare and maintain transparent reporting and documentation on progress and risks across the programme. Enable continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and ways of working. Assist in managing schedules, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation for various initiatives. What We're Looking For: Critical Skills Required: Proven track record in successful project management. Excellent coaching and influencing skills to support colleagues at all levels, including C suite, with project delivery. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience preparing reports for executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, and manage workloads autonomously. Skilled in stakeholder and relationship management, with a talent for resolving conflicts effectively. Adaptability to thrive in evolving business environments. Critical Knowledge Required: Strong understanding of project management processes and frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile). Expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management. Experience coaching and developing teams with varied levels of project management experience. Desirable but Not Essential: Project Management qualifications. Experience within financial services or holding financial services-related qualifications, e.g., FPC, ACII.
