Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
1. Lead and manage all the Platform Operations functions across the Neuron, VAN, and MC2 projects, ensuring high-quality end-to-end support engineering capabilities are deployed for all the LM.
2. Lead the L1 Target support function to ensure high levels of quality and SLA compliance for all support issues for MC2.
3. Collaborate with VOIS Operations / Group and LM teams to establish robust end-to-end operational processes covering platform SLA from source to GCP layer, including releases, bug fixes, minor changes, and automated deployment processes.
4. Align operational demand with the Neuron, VAN, and MC2 business projects.
5. Manage change and incident management for Neuron, VAN, and MC2 projects within Platform Operations.
6. Ensure monitoring and alerting systems are in place to proactively detect and respond to platform failures across Neuron, MC2, and VAN projects.
7. Analyze and present statistical reports on platform operations, including trend analysis for all projects.
8. Ensure smooth daily business operations across local markets and business entities.
9. Manage operational costs and resource planning, including governance across all projects.
10. Streamline ITIL processes.
11. Coordinate with the Data Products team within MC2 for platform operations.
12. Oversee service transitioning from IT delivery to operations and onboarding processes.
13. Implement security monitoring tools to maintain CSB compliance across all programs.
14. Drive the GCP Neuron Platform towards the organization's CSB compliance targets.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
1. Proven experience as a technical lead in large, complex international programs, preferably involving DWH, Big Data, or Cloud systems.
2. Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse and Big Data applications.
3. Experience with IT operations management and ticketing tools like JIRA, Remedy, Jenkins.
4. Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms, including GCP.
5. Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools.
6. Knowledge of financial and cost monitoring related to cloud services.
7. Efficient work allocation and deliverable tracking skills.
8. Stakeholder management and expectation setting.
9. Ability to respond swiftly to issues and risks.
10. Focus on process improvement and identifying gaps and technical debt.
