Cleaning Team Leader - Farnborough
Role Outline
Farnborough International is looking to strengthen its world-class team by recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to support the Event/Studio Management and Facilities teams. The role involves facilitating the needs of clients using the Farnborough International venues and site.
This position involves supervising all aspects of cleaning, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning core areas across the site such as Hall 1, Hall 5, Show Centre, ADS Chalet, Chalet Row 1 Studio Offices, toilet facilities, and surrounding areas including litter picking and waste management. You will oversee cleaning services for a variety of events, from meetings and conferences to large exhibitions and the prestigious Airshow.

Contract and Benefits
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Position: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with working hours between 7am and 7pm. Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends is required, with time off in lieu provided for extra hours worked.
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
