Janitor
Location: Various Location throughout South Lanarkshire
Hours: 16 – 21 hours per week on a term time basis
Work Pattern: 5 days over 7 shift pattern - Monday - Friday 6pm - 9.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm
Hourly Rate: £13.64 – £13.79 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning function within the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring unit grounds are kept in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles ensuring Health and safety of staff and visitors.
* To monitor the activities of lessee's and contractors reporting any issues to line manager.
* To log, monitor and report all damage/faults in relation to the fabric and fixtures.
* To liaise with external contractors and lessee's, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to.
* To effectively communicate with the Facilities Manager; Head of Establishment/Lessee's and Team Members to ensure the customer needs are met on a daily basis.
