Job description
St Leger Homes of Doncaster is looking for a Private Rented Sector Access Officer to join our Home Options Team. The role focuses on preventing and alleviating homelessness by providing advice and support to clients and by maintaining relationships with landlords and letting agents across the borough.
The post holder will:
* Support the wider Access to Homes team in preventing homelessness.
* Provide client advice and support regarding housing challenges.
* Maintain relationships with landlords and letting agents.
* Contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives and values.
Key qualities include a supportive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to reducing homelessness. Knowledge of housing and homelessness is desirable but not essential.
