What you’ll be doing: – Facilitating child‑led and adult‑led activities that spark curiosity and support developmental milestones – Observing, assessing and recording progress in line with EYFS requirements – Creating purposeful play opportunities that underpin language, social skills, numeracy and motor development – Supporting children with varying needs, adapting tasks and environments where necessary – Collaborating with teachers and support staff to plan engaging provision across indoor and outdoor areas – Communicating positively with parents and carers, sharing successes and next steps – Contributing to a safe, nurturing learning space that encourages independence, confidence and exploration The school offers full‑time hours, a supportive team culture and the chance to make a genuine impact during the most formative stage of a child’s education.
