Training: Full training provided, with support to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care after passing probation.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting young adults with their daily routines, including personal care, medical support, and therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy. You'll also help facilitate engaging activities like sensory gardening, arts and music, forestry lessons, and social outings.
This is a rewarding role where you will help promote independence and enhance the lives of those in your care. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to support individuals in various activities both on-site and in the community.
Provide personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and overall well-being support.
Assist with medical needs and therapy sessions.
Support individuals in daily tasks, such as cooking, shopping, and social outings.
Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Creativity in supporting individuals' needs and interests.
