As the Registered Manager at S.A.I Infinity Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of supported living properties in Caterham, Surrey. The focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to adults with learning, physical disabilities and autism, in line with CQC regulations and company standards. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, drive innovation, and build strong relationships with commissioners to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery: o Oversee the provision of person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities and autism across supported living properties. o Ensure that support plans are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of service users, promoting independence and well-being. o Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as necessary. Team Leadership: o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision as required. o Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. o Manage staffing levels and rota schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective service delivery. Compliance and Regulation: o Fulfill the responsibilities of a CQC registered manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. o Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and prepare for CQC inspections to maintain the company's Good rating. o Implement safeguarding procedures and respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns. Business Development: o Develop and maintain positive relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities. o Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in service provision, working closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategic plans. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Financial Management: o Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocatedefficiently to meet the needs of service users and achieve financial targets. o Monitor expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures where possible. o Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders as required. Person Specification Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Registered Manager's Award or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a similar role within the social care sector. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, preferably in a supported living setting. Proven track record of meeting CQC regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. Demonstrable experience in business development, including building relationships with commissioners and securing contracts. Knowledge and Skills: In-depth understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, staff, and external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and best practices in social care. Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
