The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Learning Experience Designer & Multimedia Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging, interactive, and innovative learning experiences for the Workiverse platform.

This role covers the full spectrum of eLearning formats — from simple interactive slides to advanced 3D/VR simulations — ensuring our training content sets the standard for engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness in 2025.

You will work across HR, training, and marketplace products, producing content for a variety of audiences including corporate employees, managers, vocational learners, young people, and educators.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Learning Design
* Analyse training needs and learner personas.
* Create engaging learning experiences using a mix of interactions, media, and scenarios.
* Write clear, measurable learning objectives and ensure content aligns to them.
* Interactive Content Development
* Design and build courses in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and H5P.
* Develop advanced branching scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, simulations, and gamified elements.
* Produce interactive videos and 360° experiences.
* Immersive & Advanced Content Creation
* Create 3D models, AR/VR environments, and interactive object viewers using Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent tools.
* Integrate immersive content seamlessly into Workiverse and other LMS platforms.
* Multimedia Production
* Design course graphics and layouts (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Produce and edit videos (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Camtasia) and audio (Audition, Audacity).
* Create animations and explainer videos (After Effects, Vyond).
* Testing & Quality Assurance
* Test courses for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance), cross-device compatibility, and LMS integration (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5).
* Run peer reviews and integrate feedback.
* Collaboration
* Work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers.
* Collaborate with UI/UX teams to align course visuals with the Workiverse design system.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in end-to-end eLearning creation across multiple formats (Storyline, Captivate, Rise, H5P, custom HTML5).
* Strong instructional design and learning theory knowledge.
* Expertise in multimedia production, including graphic design, video editing, audio editing, and animation.
* Experience in 3D/VR/AR development (Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR).
* Solid understanding of SCORM, xAPI, cmi5 and LMS integration.
* Ability to design for a variety of audiences — corporate, vocational, youth, and education sectors.
* Excellent project management skills — can take a project from concept to launch.
Desirable
* Gamification strategy and implementation.
* AI-assisted content creation (e.g., using ChatGPT, Synthesia, Pictory, Midjourney for content assets).
* Understanding of accessibility best practices in eLearning.
* Knowledge of localisation/multi-language course design.
