Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Lingfield Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: £90 - £100 per day Start Date: ASAP About the Role: At term time teachers we are looking for a reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school within Lingfield. This is a full-time role working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN. Support pupils in achieving their individual learning goals. Work collaboratively with the class teacher to help children reach their targets. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children with special educational needs (personal or professional experience) A calm, caring, and resilient approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
