We are looking for a Digital Media Lead - Paid Search to join our eCommerce Digital Marketing team. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £64,000 and great benefits!

Paid Search is a major element of NEXT’s marketing activity, both here in the UK and internationally. Our Paid Search team plays a key part in maximising our online sales by driving targeted traffic through paid advertising campaigns.
About the role
As a Digital Media Lead specialising on the Paid Search channel, you will report into the Media Buying Manager and work within the eCommerce department. You will be responsible for developing and delivering paid search activity, in order to deliver incremental revenue and profit via the channel across multiple search networks (Google, Bing, plus any other relevant networks for our international markets). You will work closely with our media agency and key search partners to deliver profitable performance campaigns.

1. Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute performance campaigns.
2. Execute effective strategies to increase product visibility, improve rankings, and drive traffic to our product listings across multiple domains.
3. Manage the relationship with the media agency & key search partners
4. Manage a team of 2 .
5. Monitor & work with the agency to optimize all activity.
6. Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities
7. Work with the marketing and commercial trading teams.
8. Manage the reporting for your channel
9. Regularly present key campaign findings/insight identified.
10. Stay up to date with the digital media landscape
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working. This role currently offers 3 days a week in the office, and 2 from home.
What we’re looking for
11. Senior experience of digital performance media channels, including proven experience within the Paid Search field
12. Strong numeracy and excel skills
13. Experience of planning and optimising across performance digital media channels
14. Experience of managing search partners and/or agency relationships
15. High attention to detail
16. Logical – finds it easy to problem solve
17. Able to work accurately at pace.
18. Collaborative and works well as part of a team
19. Strong technical knowledge is essential. Knowledge of the SA360 platform would be an advantage.
20. Experience of multi language activity would be an advantage.
