We are looking for an eCommerce Product Transformation Manager to join our growing eCommerce UK Trading team to spearhead the commercial transformation of our Item Publishing process! The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility. About the Role: As an eCommerce Product Transformation Manager, you will spearhead the commercial transformation of our Item Publishing process, playing a pivotal role in maximizing ROI and driving adoption of our core NEOS platform. You will commercially prioritise the NEOS roadmap and translate complex requirements from internal Product Teams and external Total Platform Clients into clear, actionable plans. You will define, monitor, and report on the commercial benefits and ROI of new feature rollouts, revolutionising our publishing reporting with powerful commercial trading stats. You will champion and drive the strategic expansion of AI and automation across the entire item publishing workflow - advancing AI driven attribution, product copy creation, 360 imagery and the automated creation of detailed shots - while leading and developing a specialist dedicated to this AI transformation. You will also take ownership of large scale user enablement, partnering closely with L&D to deliver training and documentation for around 500 Product Team members and Total Platform Clients, all while acting as deputy for the Product Content and Transformation Business Manager.
