Responsibilities
* Lead the boutique's overall commercial performance, team development, and daily operations
* Inspire, coach, and develop a team of 9 to deliver exceptional service and consistently exceed sales targets
* Drive VIP clienteling strategies, hosting client events and building long-term client relationships
* Oversee P&L performance, stock management, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence
Requirements
* Extensive experience managing luxury fashion boutiques, ideally across both menswear and womenswear
* Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing VIP clientele
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
