ROVI is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant located in the heart of London, known for its inventive dishes, seasonal ingredients, and relaxed atmosphere.
As Chef de Partie at ROVI you will:
* Generous, kind and dedicated. At ROVI, we treat each other as we do our guests
* Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen, delivering high quality dishes
* Maintaining and facilitating good communication between both BOH and FOH
* Supporting developing and designing menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
