Description Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the team. Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and other communication channels. Facilitate client onboarding, including conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Maintain and update client information across CCH, internal databases, and client portals. Manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, saving, and distributing documents to appropriate team members. Monitor and manage clients' online HMRC accounts. Maintain and update client tracking systems. Draft standard correspondence to HMRC. Prepare and upload tax returns and other relevant documents to client portals. Support additional administrative or client-related tasks as needed. Print tax returns and prepare associated correspondence and packaging. Set up new client profiles and records. Maintain and update central workpaper files and documentation. Create and manage PDF workpaper files for US clients. Keep US client trackers current and accurate. Draft and issue engagement letters. Upload and download documents via ShareFile. Provide administrative support to Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners as required.
